Title: Fears and Phobias in Child Psychoanalysis

With a clinical case presentation, this seminar will explore a number of questions frequently arising in work with children: what are the differences between fears, phobias and anxiety? What is the structuring role of fear, of fantasy and of the phobic object? What can we learn from infantile neurosis and the symptoms of fear and phobia? As Lacan insisted: anxiety is never without an object.
